Not really. We need to call for a shareholder meeting to elect directors for UOIP, since there are none elected. Once that is done, we follow corporate law for dissolution of the corporation. What I spelled out is the process. I don't want to step on toes if this is already in process, if not, I have no problem working on it to get it done.
