I prefer no buyout..I would prefer long term play.

That's true if you are in mid 60 you want to enjoy $$ earlier, but the pandemic change the projects some can have.

Personally, I will not travel by these days, I will not change my car, etc..
It's like being on "pause/hold" because pandemic.
