Please show one piece of proof the SEC has received any paperwork from NUUU. Just one! They may have tons of paperwork, but is any of it from NUUU? I want you to be right, I really do. I just can't find the documentation to back your claims. If NUUU management has made such a filing, why wouldn't they tell us?
