no evidence but maybe the rat ceo gonna wait an see what SEC actions it takes against the company an the ceo when the go grey or delist for not filing but dumping millions of shares on the otc and than stick the retail buyers im sure its illegal to dump shares all year than take the money than sit home an hide an let the retail customers who bought all these shares lose all thier money???no way these ceo gonna get big fines or and jail time watch an see

They haven't got no filings their last filings was 5/27/ 2015 just needs to rest in peace. They did a very bad thing here it should be illegal but it's the OTC we got to move to the next
