To me. It looks like he is finally offering additional shares to the market after he has allowed us little retail folks to buy in for 5 years and establish a position $2 to $5 dollars. I'm ok with it. I own thousands of shares because I as able to get in early. Shares open to the market under $20 are about right for a cutting edge CNS biotech. Dr. Missling is a very smart man.

No. If you dont trust the Ceo’s actions with the knowledge of the trial data that he has and his experience to date with shoe stringing our financing than please elaborate.
