A measly $1.5 million; do you really think buyouts never occur because a company has debt? Nothing is off the table, and even without a buyout Koos wouldn't take this loan if the didn't have something of value coming like another licensing deal to cover it.

Baffles my mind how anyone can seriously come to this conclusion. If Koos was negotiating with anyone regarding a buyout or even partial IP sale why on earth would he say that in an 8k. Of course he’s gonna say he intends to grow the business through licensing and partnerships.

And they arent settlement payments. The settlement is paid in full. There is a note to pay… thats it. The IP is now fully Regen. No questions. And Finally, Dr Koos has Data to show.

I expected this argument from Sid, not you, of all the posters.

You know that someone willing to buyout the company for all the promise and potential will not even bother to care about a couple of million dollars of payment.

In terms of buyout, if there is an NDA in the office he can not legally mention it in the 8K that was submitted. Unless the 8K is filed in regards of a negotiated buyout.

But in either case if the material acquired from Chem-div is worth $800K, it must be worth a lot more. This is a half way settlement, meaning both parties are right and both parties are wrong. The edge goes to Regen under patent verbiage.
