I wish I knew Xena, but I do know the 1.5T infrastructure has a large chunk for broadband to underserved communities. Maybe the $3T or whatever it becomes with climate incentives might, but Dr Lebby would need Congressional lobbyists to ensure their polymers could benefit. Regardless, the high attention to chip Foundries should be a big boost, as is ultimately their polymer which has all the incentives I can imagine for deals to be made.
