rgbp... Exactly my major sentiment Bridget21!! Then, when I was younger and had bills to pay, I sold out way too early in a stock called "Nastech Pharmaceuticals," where I bought a few thousand shares at .18 cents, and had to sell out soon thereafter! It almost exactly matched the dollars I owed?
Well, as scared as I was to watch the PPS results every day thereafter, I waited a good 7 years before I look at the Papers to see what the price was? I don't know if it hit any higher, but the price on that day was a whopping $23.++! I said to myself that I kind of knew how good a product was in the pure state, aside from all the various negative pressures, so I kept on buying, but never selling out!
After a while when I had a few bucks, I bought 2 Alternative energy stocks, one ENOVA INC. and the other ENER1 INC, and both were making headway! Then ENER1 was bought out by a Russian billionaire and ENOVA couldn't make it to the end of the Recession that hit everyone maybe 20 years ago! ENER1 had built a BATTERY production plant facility in Indiana, with a loan from the Government, and was building the batteries at a pretty good clip! Anyway, There are good products out there despite the horror stories you hear about penny stocks, so choose well, the best you can despite the little you can ever learn about a Company then either hold on or do what that other savvy Investor said in a previous post? Try your luck and knowledge and buy and sell as it hits peaks and Valleys along the way? GLTA
