I Was aware of the settlement but what was the award amount?
I was anticipating something material to the bottom line

And I recognize the confidentiality part of it but I must assume it was insignificant because the cash position hasn’t reflected a significant change upwards from what I can decipher

My interpretation is that the negotiating is complete and a direction going forward has been established
Any news that they have agreed to work together on a project, etc would, in my mind, be material. I have no doubt it would have a significant impact on the PPS
But, regardless anything further here would be speculative
