Most shareholders doubtless understand and accept that Linda Powers and her associates are going to serve themselves the best potions of the meal.
That is a given and very few people are ethical to treat everyone the same because of fiduciary duty and avoiding legally structuring things to benefit themselves and those close to them more.
It is the way of the world and the argument can be made that rank has its privileges etc.
It is important though to make sure that the self-dealing is within limits and does not prevent retail shareholders from reaping a great reward commensurate with the risks and years of opportunity costs.
Casting a spotlight on those potential issues abs management risk and advocating more transparency or at least clarity is reasonable.
Hopefully TLD will result in such a price increase that we all will feast and no one will care if the larger wolves feast more than the smaller retail wolves.
