Where is it posted to show that forw has/owns any warrants in the 3 shell companies you mention?

it appears those other deals are separate, no benefit to forw.

When will forw start moving on its own instead of with hmbl?
where has george indicated a sell strategy on selling the hmbl warrants?

what else is george spending forw money on?
