...OTC Companies helping them get out from underneath the Toxic Loan agreements they signed without knowing Exactly what they were getting themselves into.

How does a CEO sign a financial agreement without understanding the terms of the agreement? That would be like me getting a high interest credit card and not reading the agreement on when my payment is due and what the interest rate is, if I don't pay in full by the due date.

I know that good legal representation can help the depth, breadth and scope of understanding, but to enter an agreement without understanding is beyond moronic.

And 1 of my absolute fav things the SEC began systematically doing starting all the way back in January 2020 and still continuing through this month VST buddy...is going after every clearing firm that OTC broker/dealers used to use to clear toxic funders paper right!

Talk about the SEC beating the scumbag toxic dirt bags and their crooked OTC broker/dealer counterparts at their decades long dirty games right!

The sheer impact of everything the SEC has done over the past 21 months is going to start being most felt across the entire OTC Market October 1st forward.

As long gone are the days where/when toxic scumbag funders destroyed 10's of thousands of private company dreams by conning them into going public in an OTC vehicle, just to dump as much toxic paper as they could to line their own pockets and the pockets of the b/d's...while non-stop destroying private company dreams and making the CEO's regret ever going public in the 1st place right!

It doesn't mean every OTC PubCo is going to run. But it definitely does mean that every real OTC deal that begins delivering the most factual and transparent value-driven growth will start getting rewarded the likes of which none of us joe retailers have ever b4 seen or experienced cheers!
