Nope, it is difficult to form a class to receive certification with less than 20 members.

No way more than 20 people are dumb enough to still be holding SCAMydx.

Plus, empty bag holders have proven over the years to be classless, so maybe just a regular old lawsuit.

I doubt any empty bag holders have the stones to go toe-to-toe with Scamydx's attorneys.

Also, what assets does SCAMydx have that anyone could go after? And who would respond to any summons? doorMatt? Backmann?
