My cup is half full response: PMPG is a tiny fish with some potential industry changing patents and they are swimming in the ocean so they need to learn how to swim with the whales and sharks and that will take time or else they get swallowed.

I haven't changed my sentiments towards management. SuzieQuie was absolutely correct, a company this small shouldn't have the issues with doing standard filings. Anyway, fingers crossed they do something right.
