So I take that to mean both TSMC and Samsung may very well end up being customers, with the caveat that, for TSMC, there may be some political/military dimension vis-a-vis the U.S. and China that complicates things (relating to the administration's desire for the U.S. to have more dominance in the semi-conductor industry)?
