my understanding of buyback is that he has third party that has bought shares and he has a price set for those shares I think it is .008 so in that regards to think he has to get the SP down low would not be in the equation. I am sure that he contacted these buyers when the stock was in triple figures and they are acting like the bank bought and holding. When Henry sees that the company had good $$ returns he will than contact the third parties and pay them what was promised.

Excellent points and I agree that would make sense for all of us in the long term. I would love it (if that is his line of thinking) that he would include us in that and share some of his insight. I don't think that level of transparency would be harmful, I think they only people it might scare off are the ones who were looking for the quick buck anyway.
