Yes, in the NWBO world, it seems at this stage they don't want to PR anything on their own. They rather want the federal agencies to uplist their approvals officially on their sites. Thus NWBO did not PR this official issuance of this very important patent that alone is worth multibillion dollars, imo. In this way, I think they might wait to PR the Sawston Cert to show up on the MHRA site I guess. Basically they don't want to PUMP it seems.
