What we are seeing is the official patent publication of the patent application that was allowed in May.

Remind me never to invite you for my BDAY ;)

I dont think there is anyone not aware that this patent is not a complete surprise yes it has been discussed more than once but now its official and since we are not hearing anything for a long time longs are happy whit just about anything such as the official notification of the patent.
