They got all 4 members related to estates removed from the db.So IMO Paladin,Wamu 1031 exchange and WMILT are all related some how.

That's correct MadBadger, History does repeat itself when conditions are just right.

COOP's volume and PPS is because of these changing conditions. I just read about BlackRock being used by the Treasury to facilitate Billions in Commercial Multifamily MBS/ABS from Fannie Mae and Freddie to the Market. Heck that sounds like the $30 Billion that Jamie Dimon found in the rubble that belongs to WAMU. Hmmmmmmmmmm

COOPS PPS wont fluctuate much thru Thursday is my guess. Afterwards and in to the close on the 3 Quarter, now that's another story.
