Cognate is/was a single site that the “contract” pertained to and CRL is multi site (multinational) entity. Could it be plausible (and prudent) that a new contact with the new entity CRL would be put in place to cover the potential/breath of CRL and to replace the Cognate contract? Would be prudent for CRL to have some contingencies on their end too….I expect there would be some back and forth to iron out a new contract.
