Mark said that the form 10 is all they need to file for VGTL towards being current. (no worries sums up his sentiment on this). Whether that is fact or fiction (We do not know yet). When the deadline next Tuesday happens we will know whether things are fact or fiction and whether the form 10 has been filed.
