... I Have My Own Opinions on a minimum amount of a "COOP" forward', ... the first one' needed anyway' ... and I doubt' it will take to very long for a "COOP" forward to be announced', now after the recent 8-K, "as of 09/30/2021"...
just view the Company' as one issue' ... and' ... understand that you are still owed any interest earned, withheld, and not YET distributed back to you, via your ESC Cusips' ... as a separate' concern ...
I posted this, ... the claims register shows the "Debentures" earning their interest @ .05375 annually ... PLUS ... the Courts FJR assignment dated from 09/26/2008' ...

That reference is to a released WMI common share', represented by ESC Cusip # 939ESC968', ... and has Absolutely ZERO to do with a released WMI P (a 992') or a K (an 84') Fixed Income Bond' ...
