It is the facility and processes that will be certified, and that does not travel with Advent, Advent is the contract provider. The certification ultimately stays with NWBO because NWBO owns all of it.
Think about it. What are they doing to get certified? Who owns the fundamental parts of what is being certified? Yes, if they switch contractors and pull it inside, there are probably some additional steps to that, but nothing that transfers the value of certification all to Advent to take with it somewhere else. That is NOT how this works. It belongs to NWBO, Advent is merely one element.
