The certification and all of the procedures as well as the facility, ALL belong to NWBO.

This is a BIG BS

Its ADVENT that will receive the MHRA certification NOT NWBO for the Sawston build out
Its advent who owns the staff and the certification and ist NWBO that owns the building, patent and equipment

If you dont believe me ask BSB ask him do it

By the way, I dont care that its Advent that receives the certificate either way NWBO will be worth billions
