I do not think so. NWBO already owns the means of production. They might want to hire the people and take over the production themselves, but there is no need to own a company doing production for other companies. Their capital is better spent on expanding markets for DCVax and expanding their own production at that stage.
Why would they extend their money helping other companies and getting paid a small margin for the labor? And it is not an investment company. Presumably the best use of their capital and if their past capital expenditure is getting DCVax to more and more patients. At that point, assuming success, it is just gravy at every level and easy money. But it still requires capital and they should not need to dilute further to accomplish that mission. So I do not think that would be a useful expenditure unless Advent stopped doing all other work and the “buyout” was just basically a payout to cease operations and absorb the Human Resources.
Autocorrect insists on capitalizing Human Resources.
