You are correct that I said he hasn't paid for the bought back shares yet.

However, you're missing a key point: Henry has said many times, he reiterated it again on the call yesterday, and it is listed in the buyback documentation as a way to secure shares, that shares have been purchased by third parties, for the purpose of selling to Henry at a later date.

Those third parties are in possession of billions of shares. Henry has to pay them for those shares, at a pre-negotiated price, which he has not done yet.

The shares are not considered bought back until Henry buys them from the third parties, but the shares were bought by, and are being held by the third parties, until Henry buys them.

Henry can't legally say he has bought back shares until he pays for them, but he can, and he has said, third parties possess shares for him to buy.
