If PPS before any BO creeps up significantly, how would you get 90% approval? Or did that constraint somehow vanish?

This is why I was wondering this morning about the Barron's article, and the possible order spoofing lizzy mentioned previously, and the lack of company debt, and the negligible pipeline development, and current level of brand "marketing", etc.
