First, the notice lists the meeting for 10:00 am, local (Seoul) time.

Second, Seoul is 16 hours ahead of my time, Mountain Standard Time (MST)

Third, MST is three (3) hours behind Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Fourth, 16-3=13

THEREFORE, Seoul is 13 hours ahead of New York City, NY & market time. Also meaning the meeting was held at 9:00 pm Sunday evening in Seoul.

I mean, that is what the meeting notice, Google, & my world clock is telling me.
