Tony was put in a tough situation as many of us following the money and management have speculated that there was some differences in opinions amongst those that had operational control of the entity. Since that time, Ben has assumed 100% control unless we see filings suggesting that additional partners from merger or acquisitions targets take the lead. Also, considering the last filings had a zero on everything, Tony could not even fart in the direction of something positive without "US" jumping all over it in 4 seconds flat. I had heard the SEC attorney told the entire crew to STFU. And they obviously did because no one is hitting the ask. It's a weird time compared to way this game was played in the past. And maybe that is a good thing.
