Yeah saw that email on Twitter. Sept .30 date looked to be in reference to private equity round closing because they were getting ready for JV, not closing JV that day. Regardless sometime in coming weeks and months there will be JV’s and M&A completed. Just no need for artificial “deadline” that gets the piss baby flippers crying..
