Scott Elder is a fellow long term shareholder in INQD. He recently recieved an email response from Nathaniel Gurien, CEO of FinCann.

This email is huge news as it clarifies the JV is still in progress and is expected to be closed on around September 30, 2021.

Nathaniel also praises Leslie Bocskor, his long-time friend, and praises Leslie's "A" Team, "especially in the fields of investment banking, maintenance of public entities and capital advisory". Nathaniel also mentions he is fully aware of the SEC timeline for filings and expects this issue to be addressed on time.

This is all made possible by Nathaniel who has a little more leeway in his comments due to FinCann being a private company. He is speaking strictly on behalf of FinCann and there position as of right now.
