Amarin have a long history - of trying to stay alive - during endless legal fights (even one with FDA) - all the way fighting to prove the value of EPA in very expensive trials.
I personally would newer blame a company like Amarin - being in Ireland (like thousands of other companies - including one of the worlds richest - Apple) because of tax rules - as long as what the company does is legal.

JM I visited the office in Dublin when I was there 2 years ago. They said I needed an appointment to see anyone and when I asked if I could see the office they refused and said nobody is there if there's no appointment! It's all a tax scam.
