That news along with news of NO Reverse split is positive and should help this run hard in a matter of time.

So the Company has no outstanding debt, have shown profits on annuals and are a spin off aimed to develop a chain with no reverse split, share dilution, or other share price reducing albeit fundraising corporate actions in the near future.


This is a good sign. and their parent company VGroup just went up this week a tick also. Let's see what happens with this organization I say to myself.
