That is the same 10m that added in August it seems. The original restricted stay the same. Better that out before uplist which should be next week. Let's see if company will want their pps up or this will go lower end of next week

I emailed the TA about that to confirm if it was a sale or not and it was not. Below is what they responded.

The shares in question simply had the restriction removed at the request of the shareholder.
