Good morning Art- real "Veal" is making a comeback (finally). There's a "responsible veal" company that does not "box the calves"/raises them (ahem) more humanely. In any event, nothing's better- I remember many ears ago when my mom switched to the then brand new "chicken cutlets" and tried to pass then off to my and my siblings as veal parm- we were having none of that, LOL
