Nothing against NIO personally but the accountability of Chinese companies to the SEC is none existent IMO..... I lost a good chunk of change on a Chinese company who literally cooked the books and operated a fictitious company! Sold at 18.00 a share and delisted eventually.... How do lawyers even go after something like that?? They can't..... SEC doesn't have a foot to stand on either with the debt the US owes China..... lol I can see the Chinese government with folded arms just laughing at them in all honesty.....
Again nothing against NIO but I wouldn't own a share of them because of these reasons and would put every EV nickel into this company for right now..... ;-)
Yes, and I have a feeling that Lucid isn't satisfied with being the current range top dog. I'm positive they will continue to put R&D into improving this benchmark and not want to relinquish the top spot to anyone.
I can see Lucid taking the crown from Tesla in the near future.
