MEM, I just don't get the logic here. Yeah there are certain things in play here....... I'm not sure the float will remain as is.

They can increase the authorized shares by 10 trillion for all I care.

Shares outstanding and float are my concerns.
Do you know if the float has to remain as is?

Anyone? Sorry if this is a rehash.......
