Per Mark; all they have to do is file a form 10 and they are good which they will be doing any day.

There should be no problems here per Mark Newbauer. I posted this over the weekend.

Only need the form 10 filed to side step the grey market. Mark said that there is nothing to worry about and they (him and DiPrima) will get it done.
