1) If YOU had done some DD into my posts, you would see I am a faithful long.

2) A patent is not a tangible asset. It's intangible Einstein. You are talking to a CPA and a proper valuation cannot be afforded to it as there is no way to do so. In the case of ONYI and USSE, cost basis is the only way to value assets when there is an unproven intangible asset that is impossible to determine a value. FMV is not taken into account as it is a comnpletely subjective amount.

3) Yes, USSE has a building, equipment, etc. That amount is NOT over 200 million. The stock market is a market that values companies based on FUTURE performance. Hench my "betting on the future."

You need to get a clue b/f you start attacking other Longs that are a lot more intelligent than you my friend.
