Look at the audits from when Toucan took control back in 2007/2008.

I believe the number also shows up in one of the lawsuits.

Check out the accounts of advent bio - paid up share capital is one share at £1.00 and it’s owned by Toucan fund 111

Now Toucan could provide loans to Advent but I cannot see that anywhere in the accounts. Creditors are trade creditors, vat and other creditors but the values are not especially high.


2018 accounts showed a balance sheet of £3.6m with just six employees.

Last filed accounts (2019) show 11 employees and a balance sheet value of £4.8m

We should get to see 2020 accounts by September 2021 but they filed 2019 accounts three months late so I’m expecting to see them sometime before the month end and year end.
