Yep they've all done it for years and many will continue doing it, mainly because they know the SEC can make all the changes they like to naked shorting rules, but the SEC's only going to even remotely attempt to enforce their constantly evolving new naked shorting rules on the big boards...because that's a much better use of the SEC's already short staffed manpower ok.
But this brand new once in a lifetime OTC Market we're ALL about to officially enter starting October 1st forward is also going to make the OTC market perform as it was always intend to perform/operate in the first place ok!
And the main relevant change the SEC delivered was targeting all the American clearing firms for once...instead of always wasting their time trying to control the corrupt OTC mm's/broker dealer firms k!
So starting Q4 forward this year...we're going to be seeing the most Reg A's, S-1's and Private Placement far friendlier financing instruments in the OTC Market than ever before in market history...because it's the American clearing firms themselves who are no longer taking TOXIC scumbag financing instruments anymore ok haha!
So the SEC finally found a way to once and for all create a once in a lifetime OTC Market landscape, we not only get to witness...but mainly we get to enjoy right buddy!
It's only going to effect the realest of real OTC deals the most of course though!
The OTC PubCo's like this EXACT one who are full SEC Registered/Reporting companies that file fully audited financials and provide the utmost in transparency, to coincide with their explosive growth phase their ROCK SOLID foundation clearly reflects they're finally ready to enter on a truly GLOBAL & FACTUAL basis ok.
The OTC PubCo's who don't adapt to this once in a lifetime OTC landscape we're entering will be the ones who don't provide transparency and instead remain stuck in their perpetual R&D phases forever of course!
But the realest of REAL OTC DEALS delivering tangible factual results and constant fresh valuation driving catalysts will be reaping the greatest rewards...because big boy boutique investment firms will actually find them & reward them...especially the ones who possess the greatest factual growth upside, and receive the most favorable financing possible in the OTC Market...that being Private Placement financing k!
S-1 financed OTC PubCo's will also succeed too...especially the ones that only provide a -5% discount to their prevailing share prices ok!
Reg A's will become the new bottom of the barrel norm as far as OTC financing instruments go...but even Reg A's are way way way better than any of toxic death spiral financing instruments all the toxic scumbag funders made BILLIONS on over the past several decades, while destroying 10's of thousands of private company CEO dreams in the process!
I'm just glad we all get to witness the OTC Market perform as it was originally designed to operate in the first place!
