There was a Sovereign Wealth fund from South Korea involved with the financing of the management buyout of Cognate from Toucan. I would expect they have been following closely as has money from the Middle East. Best wishes.

My personal wish is for some entity to buy DCVAX /NWBO out from under any other company like MRK or make it very expensive for them to get it.
