Again, the almost manic need of TLD for some posters have pretty much nothing to do with the timeline for approval. The peer review will make it more likely approved, but does not influence timeline. Patients are not hurt by lack of TLD, unless RA's are just waiting for peer review to approve DCVax-L (which I don't think even the pumpers believe in)
