CAFC does calendar dates of upcoming arguments, usually after briefing period has expired; look after 11/1/2021.

North is correct in his reply.

The only definitive dates I can provide are the day after Columbus Day for our adversaries' opposition; three weeks (21 days) later for our Reply; one week later for the filing of the Appendix and the hard copies with the Court.

Thereafter, the scheduling is fully within the discretion of the Court with no mandatory timetable, keeping in mind with the holidays approaching at that point, the Courts generally slow down until after the first of the new year.
