I would think those hired to facilitate an up-listing to nasdaq or dow, have already laid the ground work with the exchange. I would also believe larger investors would be ready to buy stock to support the up-listing through the ignorant selling by penny traders that happens as we approach those $ levels. Most serious people here, most certainly own well over a million shares at this point and a $4 price would be chump change compared to the actual target of $20 >?
