The most likely explanation is that few shareholders are bothering about calling him when they realize that that Mr. Innes will provide few insights and that past conversations with Mr. Goldman and Mr. Innes usually and perhaps inadvertently, lead shareholders astray (if their goal is figure out if key things will happen ‘soon’).
