We always seem to move up when INTL gets hungry, but then usually driven right back down. The other thing to keep in mind is today's date, being that tomorrow is 9/15, another short interest settlement date.

I like your theory better, and I too can feel "it," but we've seen this type of movement before on and/or just before these settlement dates (every 13-15 days).
