Couldn't agree more. And that's just the initial date of the trial. Trial dates are routinely postponed so maybe the real trial date ends up in July 2025?
It's possible, especially in these COVID-tinged times where the courts are so backed up that it will take seven years to fully straighten them out and get all the trials in the pipeline completed.
Also, the judge will surely try to force a settlement.
