VikingInvest, I would say that there appears to be a lag from the time the GMP Certification is granted, and when the MHRA database is updated.

For example, if you look at the database that flipper44 linked, and you look at the GMP Certification for Aspire Pharma Limited on 7/28/2021, then click on the actual link to the GMP Certificate, the Certificate shows 9/7/2021:
