DavidW2, I know you were being funny (I hope) with your post but just thinking why not do another round of data collection not as part of the official journal publication but just as an update with additional supporting data showing how many have survived an additional year since the data cut-off for the paper. Say 50 were still alive a year ago. Should not be too huge an effort to do a follow-up on that group just to have some additional less formal data on survival. Just a thought as we continue to wait.
